With “Ballad in Plain D” from (for me) Bob Dylan’s most underrated album, your “The Life of a Song” goes from strength to strength (Life & Arts, April 30).
To continue the theme of tragic break-ups, please can we have “You Never Wanted Me” by Jackson C Frank, not forgetting Sandy Denny’s version.
